How and when do consultations take place?
Consultations take place through an online medical form that you can complete whenever you want. Our doctors will then review the information and prescribe a treatment for you if appropriate and there are no contraindications.
Once you complete the payment of the consultation, our doctors will review your medical information.
Our doctors business hours are: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
If you need your prescription outside of business hours (Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm or Saturday, Sunday & National Bank Holidays from 10am to 8pm), you can choose the speedy service and we'll review your consultation in less than 20 minutes.
What treatments do you prescribe through this service?

How can I get the treatment prescribed?
You will receive your electronic prescription through email. No need to print it. You can then go to any pharmacy in Spain and show the QR code in your prescription. You will need to pay for the medication at the pharmacy.
How do I pay for the consultation?
Once you complete the medical form, and select the consultation you'd like, you will be offered two secure payment methods: through Stripe (directly in the form) or through Redsys from Banco Santander (via a payment link). Your medical information will not be reviewed until the payment is complete.
What happens if the doctor can't prescribe a treatment for me?
If our doctor can't prescribe a treatment for you, we will issue a full refund.
I'm not a Spanish citizen. Can I still use your service?
Yes you can! You don't need to be a Spanish citizen to use our service. You will need to provide an ID number (passport number for example) at the end of the medical form as this is required by the Spanish law to issue a prescription.

What is erectile dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when you have trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough to have satisfactory sexual intercourse. ED is very common, especially in men over 40 years of age.
It's also called sexual impotence and is different from premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is when you ejaculate earlier than you or your partner would like.
Even though it's common to experience an isolated episode of erectile dysfunction, if this happens more frequently, you should talk to your doctor to get help and advice on the additional tests that are necessary as well as the treatments available.
How is erectile dysfunction diagnosed?
ED is diagnosed by a doctor, with a series of questions that usually include your current symptoms, lifestyle, relationships, your health in general and your mental health in particular.
A physical examination is also performed (which usually includes, among others, measuring your blood pressure, measuring and weighing yourself, listening to your heart beat, assessing your blood circulation in different parts of your body) to assess whether there's a physical cause at the origin of ED and to rule out other issues that may be associated .
Additional tests are usually included in the initial assessment: such as a blood test to measure your sugar, cholesterol and testosterone levels.
How do erectile dysfunction pills work?
Erectile dysfunction pills contain an active ingredient that belongs to the 5-phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitors. PDE5 inhibitors relax the blood vessels in the penis so that blood flow to the penis increases, which helps to get and maintain an erection.
It's important to note that ED pills do not work if you are not sexually aroused.
